Caroline Dunn became Miss Capital City 2012 after also wowing the judges and winning the Talent award in the Miss category. 
Amy Felix took home the Talent award as well as our Outstanding Teen crown on January 7, 2012! We are thrilled to have her and know that she will do a wonderful job as Miss Capital City’s Outstanding Teen 2012.
