Miss Capital City Pageant Granted 501(c)(3) Nonprofit Status
On March 3, 2018, the titles of Miss Cleveland and Miss Cleveland’s Outstanding Teen will be joining the Miss North Carolina sisterhood.

“Cleveland, which has a population of about 27,000, has seen dramatic growth over the past two decades as more people have moved to the Triangle. At Interstate 40 and N.C. 42, the area has attracted many people who commute to jobs in Raleigh and Research Triangle Park but enjoy a more rural setting.
Once a farming community, the area is named for the former Cleveland School, which has been turned into a community hub on Cleveland Road with a gymnasium and athletic fields.
